Credit Applications and Consent Form

These documents must be completed by each adult.  The credit application will be used to check credit worthiness and the consent form will give authorization to pull docs and background / criminal check history.  This information is not held or kept by MPM Properties and the information will be destroyed once evaluated by the third party. 

$ 50 application fee - Cash, Money Order, or Cashier's Check

The docs may be sent by email or fax or handed in person.  Email or fax is suggested to facilitate the process in a timely fashion.
